It’s already common knowledge that a katana—a samurai’s weapon of choice—has all the special characteristics to have the ability to slice through tough objects, including a bullet. But can the lowly butter knife do the same?
The traditional katana is made with high quality materials that makes it have the ability to be razor sharp and tough to break, so it easily cuts through a bullet fired from a pistol.
Surprisingly, a dull butter knife made of ordinary pressed steel can not only spread butter or jam on bread, but also slice through a round, although less cleanly than a katana would.
