Emily Breeze defended weightlifting even in late pregnancy stages. Watching how strong she is will leave you ashamed of your laziness.
The five-foot athlete, from Charlotte, North Carolina, was dead-lifting the huge weight of 325 pounds before she became pregnant – that’s over 50 percent more than what she is lifting now.
Emily says she’s following her doctor’s advice when it comes to working out, and a medical expert told the Today show that exercise during pregnancy is just fine. Pregnant women should just stay hydrated, avoid the heat, and not exercise on their backs after the first trimester.
