Shoving your fingers inside a fish to pull out all its bloody guts may be off-putting for some people, so the Japanese have found a way to do this by using a simple tool that is pretty common in their culture: chopsticks.
The clip shows a woman inserting a pair of chopsticks into the mouth of a fish at the exact right spots before twisting it and pulling out all its guts in one smooth motion.
