We all have those weird neighbors who would always stand out with their quirky behavior and anti-social tendencies. While this may be acceptable for many as long as they don’t cause any trouble, there are some who just go beyond creepy.
A man was out in his backyard when he noticed some movement from the bottom of his fence. Upon closer inspection, he found a hand sticking out from under and seemingly trying to find something on the other side.
After a few moments of observing the strange behavior, he finally looked over and caught his creepy neighbor—who appeared to be tweaked out of her mind—in the act of whatever unexplained thing she was doing, even denying the fact she was doing anything at all.
Kids, stay the hell away from drugs.
